He has consulted extensively with cooperative and condominium Boards to advise on capital repair projects, apartment alterations, and long-term capital repair planning. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York and a registered Qualified Exterior Wall Inspector (QEWI) with the Department of Buildings. He is periodically interviewed by  Habitat Magazine.

Joe is a Partner with over 20 years of experience in structural engineering in both California and New York. He has worked on a wide variety of buildings including commercial, multi-family and residential. Joe has extensive knowledge in the repair and maintenance of existing buildings, structural designs for new buildings, renovations, support of construction activities, and advising clients regarding construction adjacent to their properties.
